How are my funds protected?
Your funds held with In2Markets Ltd are maintained in segregated bank accounts, completely separated from the Company’s own funds, in accordance with the requirements of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and MiFID II. In addition, In2Markets Ltd is a member of the Investor Compensation Fund (ICF), established under Law 87(I)/2017 and CySEC Directive DI87-07. The Fund provides protection to eligible retail clients in the event that the Company becomes unable to meet its financial obligations. The maximum compensation payable by the ICF is EUR 20,000 or 90% of the client’s total eligible claim, whichever is lower.
