Do you have a compensation scheme in case of insolvency?

Yes. In2Markets Ltd is a member of the Investor Compensation Fund (ICF), established under Law 87(I)/2017 and CySEC Directive DI87-07. The Fund provides protection to eligible retail Clients in the event that the Company becomes insolvent or otherwise unable to meet its financial obligations. The maximum compensation payable by the ICF is EUR 20,000, or 90 % of the Client’s total eligible claim, whichever is lower. Further details are available in the Company’s Investor Compensation Fund Policy and on the official CySEC website.
