Are there age or location restrictions to open an account?
Yes. To open an account with In2Markets Ltd, you must be at least 18 years old. The Company provides its services exclusively within the European Union (EU) in accordance with the requirements of the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II (MiFID II). At the same time, the provision of investment services in Belgium is prohibited under local legislation, and In2Markets Ltd does not accept Clients who are residents of that country. For other EU Member States, restrictions may apply if new regulatory limitations or prohibitions are introduced by local authorities.
